These terms govern your use of Akarestate. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate information and verify a WhatsApp number to use the app. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Agents and developers must complete identity verification before publishing listings.
Listings & content
- You may only post properties you are authorized to market, with accurate details, pricing, and location.
- Prohibited: false or misleading listings, duplicates, fraud, spam, scraping, or anything unlawful or infringing.
- You grant us a licence to host and display your content on the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Marketplace role
Akarestate is a listings and discovery platform that connects users with agents and developers. We are not a party to any transaction, do not act as a broker, and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any user. Do your own due diligence before entering any agreement.
Fees
Core browsing and inquiries are free. Any paid features (for example, promoted listings or subscription badges) are optional; their price and terms are shown to you at the point of purchase before you pay.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Akarestate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any dealings with other users.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
